Stay Informed with the Latest Updates and Features!

May 28, 2024 | Product Updates

Welcome to the first-ever edition of “What’s New” from ListedKit. We know you spend a lot of time and energy inside of the ListedKit platform getting your daily work done, so we wanted to create a feed that gives you all a heads-up on new work and features being prepared for release to the ListedKit Product.

In this article, you’ll find a list of new features, improvements, and updates we’ve been working on to make your work with ListedKit even more productive. If you ever have questions or feedback, please feel free to reach out via email or the chat icon inside of the ListedKit app.

On to the updates!

New and Improved Transaction Creation

We’ve heard your feedback and we’re releasing a pretty big update to the user experience when creating new transactions.

When creating a new transaction manually, you’ll be shown a new view that makes much better use of screen real estate so that you do less scrolling and more data entry to get your transaction started.

Not in this release, but coming soon will be updates to how Advanced Fields are organized and handled in ListedKit, so stay tuned for that!

Updates to Milestone and Status Management

As a part of a larger initiative to overhaul how we manage milestones, transaction status, and tasks within Transactions in ListedKit, we’re releasing a small but mighty update as a first step toward an entirely new look and feel.

First, we’re redesigning to take full advantage of the screen real estate on the Transactions page. Second, we’ve made changes to buttons to make it easier to change the status of a transaction and add new milestones and reviews to your transaction.

New Gmail Integration!

You’ve all been very patient as we’ve worked on this feature, but we’re really happy to announce that our Gmail integration is now live and available to all users.

This feature will allow you to send emails from your own custom domain (no more no-reply@listedkit.com emails going to your clients and agents). To activate this feature, click your user icon at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar, select integrations, click connect under the Gmail icon, and follow a few simple prompts.

Once you’ve done this, you can send emails from your personal email and domain. Simply select your email when sending emails during a transaction.

Last thing on this feature: this is enabled at the user level, so each of your admins and agents can connect their own email and domain. Make sure you remind your team so that all of your communications are consistent and on brand.

Other Stuff

Below are a few smaller updates that are being released with this release:

  • AI Contract Reader upgraded to GPT 4o: Expect more accurate and thorough data extraction using our AI Contract reader.
  • Updates to Affiliate Program: We’ve made improvements to how we’re handling affiliate partners. If you’re interested in becoming an affiliate please reach out to hello@listedkit.com.
  • Optimizations under the hood: We’ve done a lot of boring but important work under the hood to make ListedKit more stable for you. We hope it makes using ListedKit even more enjoyable!
