Do I have to set up my documents for e-sign, or will they be automatically in there from my MLS?

We will set up your documents for e-signing for free. When you sign up with us, we will create an account for you and upload all of your MLS documents to your account. Once your documents are uploaded, we will add fillable forms to all of the relevant documents. This means that you and your clients will be able to sign all of your documents electronically, without having to print, scan, or fax any paperwork.

Can I customize the templates?

Yes, of course. We provide templates for you which can be customized. You can also customize the templates per client.

How long does ListedKit take to set up?

The average user can configure their default ListedKits and set up their preferred vendor list in under 10 minutes. If you are too busy, we’ll even set up your account for you. Give us a shout, we’ll be happy to help.

Is ListedKit mobile friendly?

ListedKit is mobile-first. We know you’re on the go so we built ListedKit to support you. We’re also desktop-friendly if you find yourself in front of a computer.

When will I have to start paying for ListedKit?

ListedKit is totally free to set up. Take as long as you’d like to establish your default buyer and seller processes, create your preferred service vendor list, and invite your first client. All of this is totally free, no credit card required. You’ll be prompted to start a 14-day trial once your first transaction goes under contract. But don’t worry, you can cancel your trial any time, and we’ll even remind you before your 14-day trial expires.

Do I have to pay for training?
