Room for the files
you’re working on
Active listings and under-contract files count toward your plan. Your capacity is how many files Ava can manage at the same time.
For example, Solo gives Ava room for 10 active files. When you close or void a file covered by your plan, she has room for another.

you start
How does the free trial work?
Your free trial includes everything for 30 days. It starts when you finish intake and open your first file.
Choose your ongoing plan inside ListedKit. You’ll see when your first payment is due before confirming.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven’t chosen a paid subscription, your account moves to Free, with one active file and one admin seat.
To open another file when your plan is full, use a credit, upgrade, or close or void files to free enough capacity.
Admins who no longer have a seat lose access until a seat is available for them.
When does a file start counting?
A file starts using capacity when you finish its intake. Pending intakes don’t count.
What happens when my plan is full?
Ava keeps working on your existing files. To open another, use a credit, upgrade, or free capacity by closing or voiding a plan-covered file.
Can I stay on Free?
Yes. Free includes one active file, one admin seat, Ava, unlimited eSign requests, and free users. You can buy credits when you need Ava to manage additional files.
Do I need a paid admin seat for every agent?
No. You can invite as many agents as you want under the User role, at no extra cost. Only Owner, SuperAdmin, and Admin roles use admin seats.
How do credits work?
Your plan’s included capacity is used first. A $29 credit lets Ava manage one additional file through closing or voiding, without another charge each month for that file.
The credit is consumed for that file and doesn’t return to your balance when the file closes or falls through.
Do credits expire?
Unused credits bought under the new plans expire 12 months after purchase. Files already covered by credits stay covered. Your legacy purchased credits never expire.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
After your trial, plan upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated charges. Extra admin seats take effect immediately with prorated charges, including during your trial.
Downgrades, cancellation, and seat removals take effect at renewal. Extra admin seats keep billing separately, even on Free, unless you also remove them.
